At long last! After months spent looking for the right layout and perfecting the biggest and littlest details, my blog finally has a new look and a new URL cheyserpedregosa.com from thewalkingrecessionsta.com. So for those who were wondering why they couldn't access my blog the last months, this was the reson. Hope you can spread the word to your friends about the new blog address! :)
3 years it has been since I did major changes and I thought it was about time for some revamping! I couldn't be any happier with the final look and I hope you love it too as much as I do! Big thanks to Bryan for making it happen. If you want to have yours done, just Facebook him!
If you've been following my Instagram you'd know I was in Europe for the whole month of June visiting Berlin and Rome. It was such a great experience. Best vacation so far! I will be doing separate posts for outfits and travel, and first let me share to you what I wore on my second day in Rome--a jumpsuit from the latest collection of my [little] clothing line, STASH. (I will be releasing them on Instagram hopefully by this week. I'll keep you posted!)
On this day, we toured the Roman Forum, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. All by foot! Great thing I packed my chucks with me. It withstood long walks and I mean from 10am to 12 midnight kind of walks. lol Sandals from my experience were a big no-no. Imagine my 3-year old gladiators broke just on the first day of touring. I walked ridiculously funny. haha
I hope you are having a great Sunday! I missed you all :)

Dress: Gypsy 05
Hat & Necklace: SM Accessories
Woven clutch, rings & bracelets: Forever21
Hello lovelies! It's that time of the year again where stylish people put on their best hippie | boho | gypsy looks and gather for two weekends just to listen to the world's best indie bands. Yes I am talking about Coachella. Sad as it may seem, it's thousands of miles away from the Philippines and flying out just to be in Indio for two weekends is never gonna happen. Someday, maybe.
Heartbroken and shattered, here I am in this beautiful tie-dye dress from Gypsy05 dreaming I was in Coachella. The whole look was inspired by Vanessa Hudgens a.k.a. The Gypsy Queen. I don't know if I have mentioned but she's one of my fashion inspirations. She just gets the whole Coachella vibe, you know! Ahhh I could go on an on with how much I love her style but better cut it here. lol
Have a happy coachella-dreaming day! :)

Wearing my favorite (a.k.a. abused) KEDS sneaks.
Muscle tee & Blazer: Forever21
Purse & Necklace: SM Accessories
Days ago I had to run errands with my brother during the day and then meet up with friends for dinner and cocktails late at night. I didn't have time to come home anymore and change so I put on something that would last me from day to night. As you know, I'm not really the "girly" type and my night-out looks usually fall in between too dressy and laid-back and with this outfit I managed to transform a casual muscle tee-sneaker ensemble to a stylish night outfit with the help of the right accessories; silver clutch, "blinged out" necklace and nude heels.
I hope you like it as much as I do! :)

Hat & Necklace: SM Accessories
I've been MIA for about a month and a half (*sobs*). I've got so much things going on and I barely have time to update my blog. BUT.. I'm almost done fixing everything that needs fixin' plus school's almost ending so I'm very elated to be able to squeeze in this new post!
My brother came to visit for the weekend and I pretty much spent the last couple of days going around the city with him. Waking up early, spending most of the day running errands and coming home late at night. Very much different from my usual routine which by the way is really boring compared to any of yours; home-Starbucks-school-home. Yeah been living 2014 this way. lol
I even feel like I do not have a social life anymore! But priorities come first and I am happy with how things are going at this point and that's what's important :)
If you follow my Instagram you'll notice how my OOTD's are just laid-back..mostly. Well as always I was the casual kinda girl and for this year I really want to focus more on this style, hence the previous posts. And of course I'll keep on posting boho looks too! I know you missed them but don't worry 'cos I miss them just as much!
So anyway, here's what I wore last Sunday. Just a simple tee paired with torn jeans and boots.
I hope you like it! :)

Boyfriend button down: HUMAN Black
Bag & Necklace: SM Accessories
Wearing everything "boyfie" for my first outfit post for 2014. I ought to keep it real, showing you guys how to mix and match basic items you have in your (or boyfriend's) closet like basic white top, oversized button down and good old torn jeans and turn it to something "girl next door goes on a casual night out with friends"--somewhat a Jen Aniston meets Taylor Momsen kinda look!
What do you think? :)
